Refund & Return Policy

At Fiberolite, customer satisfaction is our priority. As we provide premium health supplements, we maintain strict hygiene and safety standards. Please review our policy regarding returns and refunds.

1. Returns

Due to safety and hygiene reasons, returns are accepted only if:

  • You received a damaged or tampered product.
  • You received the wrong item or an item is missing.

Note: You must notify us within 48 hours of delivery to be eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used products.
  • Broken seals after delivery.
  • Incorrect orders placed by the customer.
  • Change of mind or personal taste preference.

Contact support within 48 hours of delivery.

Provide Order ID and a clear unboxing video or photos showing the issue.

Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide shipping instructions.

4. Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection. If approved, the amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Please note that shipping charges are generally non-refundable.

5. Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once the product has left our facility, it cannot be cancelled.

6. Failed Deliveries

If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address or customer unavailability, additional shipping charges may apply for reshipping. Refunds are not typically issued for refused shipments.
